In this sermon, we will explore the final words of Jesus on the cross—“It is finished”—and discover why those three words change everything. Jesus didn’t say, “I am finished”; He declared that the work He came to accomplish was complete. Our sin was paid for, the debt was settled, and nothing remains for us to add to His finished work. This message challenges us to stop trying to earn what Jesus has already accomplished and asks a simple question: Why trust Jesus? Because if someone predicts His own death and resurrection and then pulls it off, He is worth listening to. That’s why I’m with that Guy.
